JP's Beach Cafe at Aqua, Hilton Head Island's only full-service restaurant on the beach, is now open!
We had a terrific turnout Thursday May 27th for our "Friends & Family Night" celebrating the Grand Opening of JP's. Early feedback is that our Lobster Grilled Cheese is a smash hit!
JP's serves lunch & dinner daily from 11am until dark, and is located Oceanfront at 10 North Forest Beach, across from Coligny Plaza at the Sea Crest.
JP's Beach Cafe at Aqua is named in memory of Jeffrey Paul Katon, founder of Aqua Grille & Lounge. Jeff was killed in a car accident in August 2006. He envisioned fine dining (Aqua), weddings on the beach (Aqua Banquet Room) & Oceanfront Beach Bar (JP's). We are proud to complete his vision.
JP's is easy to find. From the Beach, we are 225 steps East of the new Coligny Beach Park (look at the ocean and turn left). We're oceanfront at the Sea Crest Building. Access is also available by parking around the perimeter of Aqua Grille & Lounge restaurant and walking underneath the parking garage to the beach or just come to the restaurant and walk right out our back door.
JP's features a terrific cafe style menu including Lobster Grilled Cheese, Salmon BLT, fresh fruit salad with yogurt dipping sauce & Ahi Tuna Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette.
